Vacuum tools are used when the lifting object has a surface accessible for suction cups and no other gripping possibilities are available. A vacuum tool together with a tube lifter allows quick handling without any extra functions for gripping and releasing. Vacuum yoke for e.g. telpher is another possible combination.
Pneumatic tools are used when the lifting object or handling method allows pneumatic gripping or locking of a part. A pneumatic tool can be constructed in many different ways and with different components. Ergonomics and safety considerations have permeated our designs. Pneumatic tools can be used in combination with tube lifters, line balancers, column lifts or telphers.
Pritec Vaculyft can also provide customised solutions where we design and in cooperation with the customer develop tool constructions where special requirements or functions are required. This comprises all three main groups of tools. All tool groups can be combined with tube lifters, line balancers, column lifts and telphers. The choice of lifting device depends on the customer’s handling requirements.

Used with simpler lifts or where the customer does not have access to e.g. compressed air. Great importance is placed on simplicity but also on safety. A mechanical tool can grip a part by self-locking, hooking etc. Mechanical tools are used primarily in combination with telphers but tube lifters can also be used.
